Session 8: Chapter 6: Ethical Decision Making: Employer Responsibilities and Employee Rights After graduating from college, I immediately look for a job. Luckily, I got employed and worked in one of the famous employer in the country. Being a newly graduate, I didn’t mind getting a low position in the company. All I want is to have a job, and get paid. It was fun, because I got to meet new people and gain new experiences from my job. And after my first job, I’ve been into several companies before I finally get my regular job which is here at DLSU. It was a whirl wind journey for me being into different companies. Although you get to meet a lot of people, gain new experiences and have a chance to improve your talents and skills as an employee there is one thing I know that we have in common which is our concern for the salary.
